Unusual Reform Pen with telescoping syringe filling system

An unusual Reform fountain pen is similar. Functionally it is a syringe filler. But the blind cap can be shorter and the barrel longer due to the unique function of the syringe rod. It can telescope in and out of itself via pins in slots with short right angles to make is short for storage and full length for filling. The rod is attached to the blind cap for further elegance. The rod is similar to the rod on the Wallace pen, but the Reform version has an attached blind cap.
